The service today

You may create an account with a magic link. Sign-in creates a personal workspace. You can create a project, copy its SDK key once, and rotate the key from Projects & SDK. Preview HTTP ingest exists for native and server clients using a project SDK key and an anonymous reporter token; it is not a production service. Preview optional X-AppFeedback-Reporter-JWT lets a customer backend sign ES256 reporter identity next to the opaque token; it does not replace af_reporter_ and is not production-grade identity on its own. Preview GET /api/v1/feedback/mine lets that reporter read their own submissions for the authorized project. Signed-in members can triage ingested feedback in /inbox. Members can also record feedback that did not come from the app; it stays private by default and has no reporter identity. Signed-in members can publish a platform to the Preview public board after staging, with confirmation. Staging stores private operator intent only and does not publish. Signed-in members can publish a release from /releases, which notifies eligible reporters through Preview HTTP updates. Staging still does not publish a public board. Votes are one per anonymous reporter token per item. Signed-in members can assign a workspace member on the dashboard inbox and board. Preview HTTP remains not a production service. Signed-in members may export workspace JSON from Settings. A workspace owner can delete the workspace from Settings. The workspace owner can subscribe to Indie from /billing. Native SDKs, store integrations, MCP, and AI remain unavailable.

Accounts

You must be able to receive email at the address you use to sign in. You are responsible for activity in workspaces you own and for people you invite. Members can see feedback in that workspace. The owner can remove members. Do not attempt to access another workspace's projects.

Plans and payment

Free is one project and 1,000 lifetime feedback items. Indie is $15/month or $150/year as a current offer. Checkout and subscription management run through Stripe. Downgrade does not delete customer feedback; new extra projects and over-cap ingest pause until Indie is restored.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to probe other tenants, store unlawful content, or send production customer data before production-grade abuse controls and signed reporter-identity controls exist. Public SDK keys are not a grant to read private dashboard data.

Your content

You keep the rights you already have in project names, keys, and any future feedback you submit. We need a limited license to host and display that content in the workspace so the product can function. Feedback stays private until you review an external effect.

Availability and warranty

The pre-launch service is provided as-is. We do not promise uptime, backup restore, or that preview documentation matches a future SDK. Features described as Preview or Coming next are not a commitment to a date.

Liability

To the extent a later reviewed agreement allows, liability for this draft service is limited to the amount you paid us — currently zero. This sentence is a placeholder until counsel writes the real cap.

Changes and contact

These terms will be replaced before Indie is sold. We will not invent a legal entity, mailing address, or support mailbox on this page. Use the signed-in product for the workspace you already created.
